About Premier Legal Group

Gilbert Mindiola

Mr. Mindiola was born and raised in Houston, Texas and attended college at Texas Christian University where he graduated cum laude with a degree in finance. After college Mr. Mindiola returned to Houston and attended the University of Houston Law Center. While in Law School, Mr. Mindiola interned under Justice Eva Guzman in the Supreme Court of Texas. He was also Vice-Chair of the Student Division of the State Bar of Texas, and was heavily involved in the Law Center’s Entrepreneurship and Community Development Clinic.

After law school Mr. Mindiola began his legal career working in the oil and gas industry before transitioning to solely handling personal injury suits. Initially Mr. Mindiola was a personal injury defense attorney helping to defend insurance companies from fraudulent claims. During this time he not only learned how insurance companies and adjusters think but also how they value cases. Unfortunately, during this time Mr. Mindiola also saw the extreme lengths insurance companies would go to in order to avoid paying out on legitimate claims.

Instead of continuing to be part of an insurance system that took advantage of honest people, Mr. Mindiola took the knowledge he had learned as a defense attorney and opened a plaintiff’s personal injury firm dedicated to serving injured people in their time of need and fighting to get them the compensation they deserve. Mr. Mindiola has handled everything from slip and falls and car accidents, to death cases and botched cosmetic procedures and fights relentlessly for every client no matter the size of the case.
